They are folders and files that must be placed inside the emulator folder where you find the .exe file
The snaps folder is a folder where random shots of games are included, in .zip archive or extracted folder that includes millions of .png files
The same goes for titles (images of game titles)
Other extras are chaet (tricks) to keep compressed in .zip archive or extracted folder.
Single files are history, hiscore
These folders or archives must be placed in the emulator folder, where you have the .exe file (the application), it's very simple.
The VIDEOSNAPS you can exclude them, some things you can do without them, it is not mandatory to download 10 things out of 10
This videos are supported through ARCADE FIX but they play in a second window (video player program window) not in the emulator, I suggest you ignore them.
