Download (use JDownloader, not use Google Chrome) extract the pa3_11.11f file and put
in pang3r1 in case you have the split rom or pang3 in case you have the merged rom
Launch the scan roms trought the emulator (not use clrmamepro) Enjoy
In my archive the merged rom pang3 include clones,
this rom not require clrmamepro and have corrected

ClrMamePro remove mistakenly this file.
I hate ClrMamePro, ClrMamePro have 15 years but it
is a wrong tool, no is good at 100% but good at 90%
the restant 10% generate many problems, incorrect resize
and delete correct components regard a version of the emulator.
I use my professional and private romsbuiler tool (not released/private tool)
this program is superior respect to ClrMamePro and create//scans/rebuild
roms or particular romset (integral or not integral, and customized romset)
ClrMamePro is nothing!!!
