CNPMAME PLUS / PANDORA's BOX 4PC v0.207, (CPS1 - CPS2 - CPS3 - NEOGEO - PGM)

Everything works perfectly except one thing. I cannot use the 4:3 or original ratio even though I changed in the setting. The MAME seems to stretch out all the time. Any way to fix it?

Second, how to use IPS for cheating?
